The MAPT Story
Men Are Parent’s Too – MAPT – is a non-profit organization that aims to raise awareness of the importance of having the mutual and equal involvement of both parents in a child’s life.
Established on February 23rd 2021
On February 23rd 2021, the Men Are Parents Too Movement (MAPT Movement) was founded and created. It was created to bring awareness to the fact that children deserve both parents in their lives.

We are here to strengthen the next generation by bringing awareness to a common weak point; The Men. Often, many of us see parenting as an exclusively maternal task. This results in the absence of the role of the men as parents in a child or children’s lives. We believe that being a man is not an excuse to be absent in a child’s life. We also believe that solely being a woman does not give one exclusive rights to a child. It takes both parents to raise a child
